Our production and engineering personnel have been able to control the clear powder coating process, perhaps one of the most difficult coatings to process consistently at high quality levels.  We have been doing this for years and have become effective at determining the different variables that are affected.  With our two powder-coating lines, we are able to process medium to high volume production runs with the highest reproducibility, while maintaining a high quality level.

 Our liquid coating capabilities are just as high quality. With manual stations and a chain-on-edge coating line, we are able to meet diverse customer requirements, allowing us to cover a wide range of finishing needs.

Installed Coating Equipment (Capacity):

● 2 Powder coating lines - 2 Overhead Conveyors designed to carry a broad range of  products.

● 2 Liquid coating lines - Chain-on-edge system for many part shapes to be coated by use of a well designed fixture on the rotating spindle and 1 manual system that allows a high level of control by the operator.

Metal Preparation Process for Coating

Our success to be efficient with clear powder coating is due to the additional cleaning done to the parts, which include DI rinses and chromic seal.  Additional cleaning processes include:

●  Vapor Degreaser
●  Spray Wash system
